Security: There was a need for a solution that would allow only authorized users access the SaaS service.

Accessibility: There was a requirement of remote access. Access over three different mobile devices and platforms was needed. Along with this multi-device access, there was requirement for discretion regarding usage of data by different doctors accessing it. Hence, conditional and authorized access to data was required.
